When a formal service relationship begins

A formal service relationship begins only after US Tax Pilot accepts the project and the written engagement is confirmed. The engagement identifies the tax year, work scope, required information, deliverables, exclusions, fees, and treatment of scope changes.
US TAX PILOT LIMITED is the client’s contracting and project-management party. Independent professionals with relevant experience who have completed appropriate verification may participate within clearly defined responsibilities under the written engagement.
Service scope and exclusions
A standalone service covers only the work confirmed in the written engagement. It is not a comprehensive review of the complete Form 1040, state returns, or unlisted matters. If a known project may affect another filing obligation, we explain the possible connection and next-step options. Any additional service must be separately scoped and priced before it begins.
User responsibilities and limits on results
Clients must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and timely information and review deliverables before signing or filing. Clients are responsible for the facts they provide. The company does not guarantee a refund amount, penalty relief, IRS acceptance, examination outcome, or any particular tax result.
